What I Will and Won't Draw

As an artist, I maintain the right to turn down any commission.

I currently accept payments through PayPal.
° Payment through paypal will be required after an initial thumbnail sketch is completed and shown. I won't continue to work on your artwork unless partial or full payment is given.
° If payment is not received within a week, I will toss your slot entirely.
I am open to negotiating other forms of payment, especially for international commissioners!
Refunds
I offer a full refund before I work on the piece and no refunds when I've finished the piece.

Commercial Use

I, as the Artist...
° Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
°
Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.
You, as the Client...
° May NOT reprint your commission for a profit.
° MAY print your commission for personal use.
° May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.
° May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.
NFTs and AI art
° I will not work with individuals that support NFTs and AI art. Likewise, I also do not permit my artwork being used in NFTS or AI art training or generation.@ Asmo | All Rights reserved.
